Coaching Plans

Coaching plans can be provided in PDF, Excel, or digitally through a free athlete account at Humango.ai, Final Surge or Training Peaks.

We will choose the best method for your needs during the intake process.

It is highly recommended (required for Multisport training) that you have a heart rate monitor and/or GPS watch to capture and transmit training data so it can be evaluated. Having a power meter for the bike is extremely helpful as well.
