Coaching plans can be provided in PDF, Excel, or digitally through a free athlete account at Final Surge.

I personally use Humango, an AI powered training platform that is extremely flexible and provides a ton of detail to help guide the coach and athlete to make huge gains.

We will choose the best method for your needs during the intake process.

It is highly recommended that you have a heart rate monitor and/or GPS watch to capture and transmit training data so it can be evaluated.

  • Depending on your experience, 5k training plans can be anywhere from 2 months to 4 months.

  • 10k training plans can be anywhere from 3 months to 6+ months.

  • Half Marathon training plans can be anywhere from 4 months to 9 months.

  • Marathon training plans can be anywhere from 4 months to 12 months.

  • Conditioning and endurance specific training for your specific sport.

  • If you have a race that is not standard distance, longer than a marathon, or not training for a specific event, we can work together to create a program that meets your needs and targets your goals.
