Hill Clinics
What: Weekly clinics focused on hill training to build strength.
Dates: June through first week of October
Days and hours: Clinics will be held Wednesday’s at 7:00 PM and should last about an hour
Ages: Open to all ages.
Location: Location TBD
Sample Schedule: Workouts will consist of 10 -15 minute warm-up followed by hill specific sessions designed to build strength. Sessions will end with a 10 minute warm-down run.
Cost: $20 per week or $325 for the entire season (18 sessions)
About Coach Scott: 25+ years of running experience, McMillan Certified Running Coach, Associate Level USA Triathlon Coach, Level 1 USA Triathlon Official, Assistant Track and Field Coach at Columbia High School. Camp is not affiliated with Columbia High School Sports
Athletes should bring at least 1 bottle (although 2 is highly recommended) of water or their preferred hydration drink. They should also bring any nutrition/snacks if they want.
